Priced by team size
From a commercial team of five to the whole group.
The price is set by how many people’s mailboxes are connected — not by how much correspondence there is, how many projects you run, or how many questions you ask. Start with one team and move to the whole company when you’re ready.

Is there a free trial?
Yes — 30 days, with unlimited users. You connect your own Microsoft 365 and see Dayfile working on your own correspondence, not a demo tenant. Disconnect at any time from your admin centre.
How long does deployment take?
About as long as it takes to connect. One read-only connection to Microsoft 365 through your admin centre, choose which mailboxes are in, and Dayfile starts organising — including the history already in those mailboxes. Most customers are connected in a morning. Nobody installs anything and nobody changes how they work.
What infrastructure do I need?
Microsoft 365. That’s it. If your email and Teams run on Microsoft, Dayfile connects to what you already have. No server, no add-in, no software on anyone’s machine.
Do you offer enterprise pricing?
Yes. For businesses over 200 people, groups with more than one company, or anyone who needs group-wide set-up, bespoke terms or a named contact — talk to us and we’ll put a proposal in writing.
What happens to our data if we stop using Dayfile?
It’s yours. Revoke access in your Microsoft 365 admin centre and processing stops immediately. Leave, and you take a full export with you — originals, attachments, dates and sources. On cancellation your data is deleted from Dayfile within 30 days. Nothing is used to train AI models, before or after.
Does Dayfile support ISO 19650 and ISO 9001 compliance?
Yes. Both standards require you to keep complete, auditable records of project information and to produce them on demand. Dayfile gives you exactly that: every email, Teams message and WhatsApp conversation organised by project and company, with its source intact, and a full correspondence history available whenever an auditor, client or adjudicator asks for it — without anyone having had to file it. Dayfile is the record behind your certification, not the certification itself.
